How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days once shipped.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days.

What is the daily order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

How can I track my package?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@homeinspired.co Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to mail your package to our return center in New York.

Are there any return fees?

  • Restocking Fee: None ($0).
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Cancellations: You can cancel for free within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Changes: Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request modifications.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
